This company is dedicated to the realisation of turnkey modular construction projects, utilising existing CONTAINEX space solutions. The establishment aims to meet the demand from clients in industry, trade, commerce, municipalities, and public administration for quickly usable building solutions. The offerings include, among others, office and administrative spaces, staff rooms, educational facilities, infrastructure buildings, and specialised solutions.
As a general contractor, CONTAINEX PROJECT assumes full final execution of projects. The scope of services ranges from supporting the preparation of submission documents and carrying out foundation and infrastructure works, to completing the building shell and interior fit-out. Markus Pöcksteiner, Managing Director of CONTAINEX PROJECT, commented on this step by emphasising that modular construction unfolds its full potential when planning and execution are integrated. These competencies are now bundled within the new project company.

First Reference Project with BURGENLAND ENERGIE
A first reference project underlines the capability of CONTAINEX PROJECT shortly after its market launch. For BURGENLAND ENERGIE, the company is realising several charging hubs, which also include a lounge and are being executed in modular container construction. Construction for this undertaking began at the end of May 2026. The agreed scope of services includes the construction of strip foundations, the establishment of the technical infrastructure including drainage, water, and electricity connections, as well as the delivery, erection, and integration of the fully fitted-out container modules. Additionally, the necessary access and development routes will be created. This project illustrates the efficient combination of modular construction, technical implementation, and central overall responsibility.
Since its official market launch in March 2026, CONTAINEX PROJECT has focused on the implementation of turnkey modular construction projects with a single central point of contact for the client.
