Real estate advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield is continuing to expand its regional capacity in the Logistics & Industrial Agency segment. With new advisory teams in the core economic markets of Berlin and Hamburg, the firm is broadening its nationwide presence, which had previously focused primarily on the Frankfurt and Düsseldorf locations.

Leadership for the Berlin Market

On 1 November 2026, Colette Bodendorf takes up the position of Head of Logistics & Industrial Agency Berlin. Bodendorf looks back on more than twelve years at CBRE, where she was responsible for the Industrial & Logistics Agency business in the Berlin/Brandenburg metropolitan region as Team Leader, Senior Director and authorised signatory.

Also on 1 November 2026, Sebastian Angileau joins the Berlin office as Director Logistics & Industrial Agency. Angileau was most recently Associate Director Industrial Leasing at CBRE. Prior to this role, he worked as an Associate at JLL until May 2026.

New Location Head in the North and Strategic Outlook

The presence in northern Germany will be reinforced on 1 December 2026, when Marcus Peter assumes the role of Director Logistics & Industrial Agency Hamburg & Region North. Peter moves to Cushman & Wakefield from aptum, where he currently works as Senior Associate in the Industrial & Logistics division in Hamburg.

Mario Herbst, Head of Leasing & Tenant Representation Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, emphasises that the new appointments consistently pursue the firm's growth trajectory beyond the established units in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf. Rainer Koepke, Head of Logistics & Industrial Agency Germany, commended Colette Bodendorf as a distinguished expert on the Berlin market whose network will sharpen the company's profile.

According to Rainer Koepke, the metropolitan regions of Berlin and Hamburg have served as major industrial and logistics hubs for decades. Both regions are characterised by market stability and have recently posted stable or rising take-up despite the subdued economic environment in Germany. The team expansion is intended to support the precise handling of complex client mandates and provide sound analysis of market movements.
