With this appointment, Mr Paduch will also become a member of the company's global leadership team. His new role includes driving the regional growth strategy in Europe and expanding the hyperscale data centre business in key markets. Additionally, he will lead the executive team across the entire European region.
Mr Paduch's responsibilities include intensifying relationships with customers, investors and political decision-makers. In parallel, he is expected to further develop strategic partnerships with energy providers, against the backdrop of the consistently high demand for powerful digital infrastructure. Andreas Paduch joined the company in 2022 and has since been responsible for the European sales strategy. In this role, he developed partnerships with hyperscale providers and solidified customer relationships within the European region. Before his tenure at CyrusOne, Mr Paduch worked at CBRE for two decades, where he gained extensive experience in international real estate markets. His knowledge of the European market and his ability to translate customer requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions are considered decisive for the company's next growth phase in the region.
