Deutsche Reihenhaus AG has commenced sales for its first project in Großpösna. The construction project, known as the "Am Pösna Park" quarter, is located on Sepp-Verscht-Straße and comprises the construction of 21 terraced houses. These houses correspond to the "145 m² Family Happiness" model and are situated on a plot of approximately 5,100 square metres. The area is located within the municipality of Großpösna, adjacent to existing residential development and near Pösna Park.
The project addresses the current market situation, in which there is a growing lack of suitable and affordable housing, particularly for young families. According to Carsten Rutz, CEO of Deutsche Reihenhaus AG, the "Am Pösna Park" quarter is intended to provide an affordable home for individuals who wish to realise their dream of homeownership in the greater Leipzig area. The location in Großpösna, southeast of Leipzig, combines proximity to urban infrastructure with the advantages of a rural environment.
Location and Features of the Quarter
The immediate vicinity of the new quarter offers shopping facilities as well as educational and childcare options. Furthermore, the location is characterised by good connections to public transport and the interregional road network. The 21 terraced houses are offered without commission, with starting prices from EUR 369,990 including the plot of land. The planned construction start for the project is early 2027.
Deutsche Reihenhaus AG is constructing the houses as climate-friendly new builds in accordance with the requirements of Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW). Photovoltaic systems will be installed on the roofs for resource-saving and energy-efficient heat and electricity supply. A communal technical centre, equipped with compact heat pumps, complements this energy concept. In addition, at least one car parking space will be prepared for each residential unit for the use of e-mobility.
Deutsche Reihenhaus AG has an established presence in the region. The company has previously realised several residential quarters in the surrounding area, including in the cities and municipalities of Leipzig, Schkeuditz, and Kabelsketal.
