Contribution to downtown revitalisation
Pacific Development acquired the development site for the Ballpark Apartments from Simon Property Group in 2021 for 12 million US dollars, as reported at the time by the Reno Gazette Journal. According to Dwight, the now completed major project makes a significant contribution to ongoing revitalisation efforts in Downtown Reno.
Sean Murphy, founding partner of Pacific Development, stated that the residential scheme reflects the company's sustained commitment to creating high-quality neighbourhoods that strengthen the long-term vitality of their respective markets. With the completion of this financing, the partnership considers itself exceptionally well positioned to continue advancing the positive momentum in the city centre.
