The Emil Office Centre at Hauert 1 in the Dortmund Technology Park has achieved full occupancy of its spaces after successful tenancy agreements. IG Immobilien Gruppe Münster, exclusively commissioned by the owner to market the vacant office spaces, successfully placed the last available units. The full letting of the office buildings, completed between 1998 and 2001, is thus concluded.

The now fully occupied rental spaces comprise an area of approximately 2,500 square metres. This vacancy arose as a result of the Fraunhofer Institute's relocation to a new building in Dortmund Harbour. IG Immobilien Gruppe Münster pursued a detailed letting and marketing concept, complemented by various structural adaptations to the properties to enhance their attractiveness.

Successful conclusion of the marketing strategy

The final tenancy agreements secured the complete occupancy of the property. Ronald Klaholz, Managing Director of IG Immobilien Gruppe Münster, commented on the successful letting of the remaining spaces. The last available rental spaces were handed over to Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW (BLB). This acquisition completes the occupancy of the entire office building.

The Emil Office Centre is located on an area of approximately 15,000 square metres, strategically situated on the main thoroughfare into the Dortmund Technology Park in the Eichlinghofen district. The properties comprise a total rental area of about 18,000 square metres. The office spaces are arranged in two building sections, which were completed between 1998 and 2001. The Dortmund Technology Park is considered an important location for future-oriented companies and research institutions in the region.

The centre's facilities also include comprehensive infrastructure to support the tenants. These include two underground parking levels, providing a total of approximately 400 parking spaces, as well as its own bistro. The owner of the property is a nationally operating insurance group, whose investment thus benefits from stable and long-term occupancy.
