On 1 August, Habyt commenced operations at its first Vienna location: Habyt Vienna. This represents one of the largest aparthotel projects of the year in the Austrian capital. The property, located in the Nordbahnviertel, comprises 319 studios across seven floors.
The aparthotel concept integrates fully equipped studios with a range of extensive hospitality services. These include co-working areas, a gym, and wellness facilities. The introduction of these services will be phased; the planned gastronomic concept will be implemented in the autumn.
Location and Architecture
The building is situated on Bruno-Marek-Allee in the Nordbahnviertel, one of Vienna's most dynamic urban development areas. The façade and roof areas are greened, underscoring the property's integration into the modern district. The construction process prioritised CO₂-optimised concrete and an overall sustainable building method, highlighting the forward-thinking architectural approach.
