Jason Maurer has joined the executive team at SL Green Realty with immediate effect. The new appointment takes up the role of Managing Director at Manhattan's largest commercial office landlord.
In his new remit, Maurer will oversee retail leasing activities across the company's entire standing portfolio. In addition, he will lead office space leasing for Green Property Services, SL Green's platform for managing third-party properties.

Green Property Services operates as a specialist arm of SL Green to support external property owners with the management and value appreciation of their assets. With Maurer's appointment, the company is specifically expanding its handling of these mandates across the challenging New York market.
