The company is taking on approximately 1,135 square metres of commercial space on the ground floor of the “Marzipanfabrik” property. This transaction was brokered by Grossmann & Berger Immobilien, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). The owner of the property at Friesenweg 32A is HPV Marzipanfabrik eGbR.
The premises within the Marzipanfabrik will serve as a new location for music studios and rehearsal rooms for JLB Studiokonzepte. This letting allows for an expansion of the company's existing space in western Hamburg, where studio rooms are already operated under the “Sonoris Studios” brand in Beerenweg.
The “Marzipanfabrik” property forms part of the former production site of the Oetker company. Following comprehensive modernisation, this area has been transformed into a quarter for commercial spaces. The structural development included supplementing the historic existing buildings with new constructions, which were stylistically adapted to the surrounding environment.
