The tenant is K&K Dichtungstechnik- und Sanitärhandel GmbH. The lease agreement was concluded for a term of three years.
The wholesale company from the plumbing and heating sector plans to primarily use the rented premises for the storage and distribution of its product portfolio. With this expansion, K&K Dichtungstechnik creates the necessary spatial capacities for the further development of its business operations within the Hanover region.

The property is located in the Brink-Hafen commercial area and offers flexibly usable warehouse spaces. These feature ground-level and ramp-assisted access options, making them suitable for storage, logistics, and retail uses. The convenient transport links allow for swift access to regional and national transport networks, which enhances the attractiveness of the location.
