The Rhein-Neckar Real Estate Group, which includes Familienheim Rhein-Neckar eG, has announced a change in its leadership. Prof. Dr. Thomas Glatte and Gerald Krebs, the previous Executive Board members, have left their functions with effect from 13 October 2026. This personnel change marks a significant development for the group of companies.

The management of operational business within the Real Estate Group will initially be ensured by the established management teams of the respective companies. The Supervisory Board announced that it would closely accompany this transitional phase. At the same time, the process for filling the vacant Executive Board positions has already been initiated to establish a long-term succession solution.

Interim Appointment to Executive Board Duties

To bridge the vacancy, the Supervisory Board has appointed interim solutions for the leadership level. Mr Stefan Dallinger, the former Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will temporarily assume the duties of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). During this tenure, his function as Chairman of the Supervisory Board will be suspended. The interim appointment ensures continuous management of the company during this transitional period.

Additionally, Mr Thomas Speth was appointed by the Supervisory Board as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on an interim basis. Mr Speth, a trained bank clerk, possesses comprehensive expertise in the financial sector. He worked in corporate banking for many years and was most recently active as a managing director of a consulting firm for banks. This experience qualifies him to manage the financial agendas of the Rhein-Neckar Real Estate Group.

During Mr Dallinger's interim appointment, the chairmanship of the Supervisory Board will be taken over by the 1st Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr Gerhard A. Burkhardt. These measures ensure an orderly handover and continuation of business activities while the Rhein-Neckar Real Estate Group sets the course for the future staffing of its leadership positions.
