The transaction concerns a commercial property which boasts a total area of approximately 25,000 square metres of warehouse and logistics space. For the tenant, this property serves as its headquarters and a central distribution hub, underscoring its strategic importance.
The transaction structure stipulates that the tenant has concluded a 20-year triple-net lease agreement. This contract secures the tenant's continued use of the facility for a long-term period, thereby supporting its operational requirements.
