Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft will strengthen its expertise in the real estate and construction law consulting field effective 1 September 2026. Dr. Stefanie Minzenmay is joining the firm's Düsseldorf office as a partner. With this strategic move, Luther continues to expand its capacities in the real estate law sector and responds to increasing market demands.
Julia Höyng is also moving from Oppenhoff to Luther as a Senior Consultant, joining Dr. Minzenmay. With these additions, the firm's nationwide real estate team will grow to approximately 100 professionals. This underscores Luther's position as one of the largest and most high-performing real estate law practices in Germany, currently comprising around 100 professionals, including 20 partners.
Extensive expertise in real estate transactions
Dr. Stefanie Minzenmay has many years of experience in advising national and international companies and financial investors on real estate transactions. Her consulting spectrum includes the purchase and sale of real estate portfolios, industrially used or formerly used sites, commercial parks, retail parks, and hotels. Furthermore, she provides comprehensive advice on commercial leases in the office, retail, and hotel asset classes. In addition, public real estate matters are among her core competencies.
