A
proposed mega-mansion at 1960 S. Ocean Blvd. in Manalapan, near Palm Beach, has been listed for a staggering $285 million. Developer Stewart A. Satter, a former mayor of the town, purchased the property in March 2024 for $27.5 million after it was razed.
The contemporary-style estate is still unbuilt but boasts an impressive design featuring a swimming pool facing the Intracoastal Waterway, a car museum, and even a bowling center. The main bedroom and stair hall are also depicted in renderings of the property.
Satter's company, Carnegie Hill Development Corp., chose a sleek and modern design for the estate, which spans 4 acres. Although construction has yet to begin, the mega-mansion is now on the market with an eye-watering price tag of $285 million.
