bhishek Bachchan has been making headlines with his real estate purchases over the past few months. In a recent deal, he acquired six apartments worth around ₹14.77 crore in Mumbai's Mulund area as part of Oberoi Realty's Eternia project. His father Amitabh Bachchan also bought four apartments in the same project for approximately ₹10.18 crore.
The 10 apartments purchased by the father-son duo span across 10,216 sq ft and come with 20 car parking spaces. Eight of these apartments have a carpet area of 1049 sq ft each, while two are slightly smaller at 912 sq ft per unit.
Abhishek Bachchan has also been active in the real estate market this year, buying 12 apartments worth around ₹30 crore in Mumbai. In May 2024, he purchased six more apartments for ₹15.42 crore in Oberoi Realty's Sky City project in Borivali. These apartments are located on the 57th floor of a high-rise building and come with 10 car parkings.
According to data from Square Yards, Abhishek Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan have collectively spent over ₹200 crore on real estate properties in the last four years.
