lec Baldwin has relisted his Amagansett estate for $21 million, a modest bump from the $19 million price it was withdrawn at last July. The 5‑acre property, first offered in late 2022 for $29 million, has seen several price adjustments as the actor seeks a buyer.
Baldwin acquired the parcel in 1996 for $1.75 million. The main house, a 10,000‑square‑foot farmhouse whose earliest sections date to 1740, has been expanded and modernized while preserving its classic Hamptons façade of gray shingles, blue shutters and mature lawns. Inside, the home contains five bedrooms, a paneled library, a home theater, a wine‑tasting room, and a kitchen that blends contemporary upgrades with farmhouse charm.
Outdoor amenities include a gunite pool, hot tub, and a 625‑square‑foot pavilion with a fieldstone fireplace. The grounds feature a fenced vegetable garden, rooftop solar panels, and ample space for further development. Architectural plans allow for two additional bedrooms, a formal dining room, a sunroom, a screened porch, and even a separate guest house—an uncommon option in this part of the Hamptons.
The listing is managed by Saunders & Associates, with Scott Bradley as the agent. Baldwin’s renewed marketing effort comes as he prepares to release a documentary on the dismissed “Rust” involuntary manslaughter case, titled “The Trial of Alec Baldwin.”
