BRE will take effect on Jan. 1 2026 with new leadership for its Real Estate Investments (REI), Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and Advisory Services units. Andy Glanzman is promoted to CEO of REI, where he will oversee both TCC and CBRE Investment Management. He will remain co‑CEO of CIM alongside Adam Gallesel and will report to Chair and CEO Bob Sulentic. Adam Nims becomes CEO of TCC and will report to Glanzman.
In a separate move, Adam Saphier, a senior executive at TCC, is named global COO of Advisory Services. Saphier will manage all Advisory operations outside the U.S. and Canada, as well as the firm’s global valuations business. He will report to Advisory CEO Vikram Kohli and assist with worldwide operational and financial management.
Sulentic said the appointments recognize the long‑standing contributions of the three executives, noting they have “delivered exceptional results for our company and clients over many years.” Their new roles will allow them to broaden their impact while advancing their careers.
Glanzman has served as co‑CEO of CIM since December 2024 and previously was president of the firm. Nims and Saphier joined TCC in 2006 and 2005, respectively, and have held senior positions for two decades. With Nims’ promotion, current TCC CEO Danny Queenan will become executive group president, overseeing key initiatives and regions for TCC and reporting to Nims.
