Alexander Brothers Indicted in Sex Trafficking Case

Alexander Brothers Arrested in Miami on Sex Trafficking Charges

T
he FBI arrested three high-profile Florida brothers, Alon, Tal, and Oren Alexander, in Miami on Wednesday on sex trafficking allegations. The twins, 37-year-old Oren and Alon, and their 38-year-old brother Tal are charged with conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and sex trafficking by force, cause or coercion. Tal is also accused of a second count of sex trafficking.

Prosecutors claim the brothers, over a decade, drugged, sexually assaulted, and raped dozens of victims. An unsealed federal indictment accuses them of luring women with promises of luxury experiences before forcibly raping or sexually assaulting them. NYPD Commissioner Jessica S. Tisch described the charges as "heinous and dehumanizing crimes."

The brothers' arrest follows civil lawsuits alleging rape and sexual assault. Law firm Wigdor LLP, which represents several accusers, applauded the victims for speaking out after years of suffering. The Alexander family's private security firm, Kent Security, has been contacted for comment.

Alon Alexander served as president of Kent Security since 2009 but is no longer listed on its website. He graduated from the University of Maryland and New York Law School. Oren and Tal co-founded luxury real estate firm Official, which specializes in high-end properties with billionaire clients.

Prosecutors claim the brothers used deception, fraud, and coercion to entice women to parties and events where they were assaulted. Civil lawsuits allege the brothers raped women while in high school and in other incidents, including a 2016 case where Oren allegedly drugged and raped a woman after meeting her on a dating app.

Evidence from Oren's iCloud shows discussions about an "orgy" and plans for future trips, including one to Tulum, Mexico. Tal is separately charged with sex trafficking a second victim in the Hamptons. The brothers' representatives have denied the allegations.

Two men indicted for sex trafficking, Alexander Brothers involved in criminal case.
