T
he Alexander brothers, Oren, Tal, and Alon, were once high-profile players in Miami's luxury real estate market, brokering multimillion-dollar deals with celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. However, their names are now linked to a decade-long scheme of luring, drugging, and violently raping dozens of women.
Federal prosecutors in New York and Florida have charged the trio with crimes described as "heinous" by US Attorney Damian Williams. The allegations reveal a predatory pattern where the brothers used their wealth and influence to exploit vulnerable women, leaving behind a trail of trauma and shattered lives.
Prosecutors claim that from 2010 to 2021, the brothers met victims on dating apps, at bars, and through party promoters, promising romance or exclusive invitations to luxurious parties. They allegedly used drugs to impair their victims, some unknowingly drugged when their drinks were spiked, others offered drugs outright. Physical restraints and violent rapes followed, with the brothers trying to buy silence with gifts.
US Attorney Damian Williams called the brothers' actions "appalling," citing instances where they physically restrained and ignored victims' pleas during assaults. In Florida, state prosecutors have filed charges tied to three specific incidents, including a 2016 incident where a woman was held down by one of the brothers while the others argued over who would rape her first.
The brothers were arrested in Florida on Wednesday and face federal charges, including conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking. Their attorneys deny the charges, but survivors and advocates have welcomed the indictment, calling for accountability and justice for their victims. As investigations continue, prosecutors urge any additional victims to come forward, promising support and justice.
