F
ederal prosecutors in New York unsealed additional charges against luxury real estate brokers Oren and Tal Alexander, along with their brother Alon. The brothers pleaded not guilty during a brief arraignment before a federal magistrate, wearing beige jail garb. They now face conspiracy to commit sex trafficking, three counts of sex trafficking by force or coercion, and inducement to travel for unlawful sexual activity.

Tal Alexander faces additional charges, while Alon and Oren Alexander are accused of aggravated sex abuse by force. The allegations stem from the accounts of at least seven alleged victims who prosecutors claim were lured using their wealth and status in New York and Miami. A trial is scheduled for January, but a prosecutor may request a delay due to the new charges.

The superseding indictment includes additional counts of sex trafficking, including one involving a minor. The Alexander brothers have been under federal investigation since late 2024, accused of luring women to nightclubs and parties before drugging and assaulting them. They face up to life in prison if convicted.

The superseding indictment also adds more alleged victims, bringing the total to six. One victim was allegedly trafficked despite being underage, according to the new charges. The defense has maintained their clients' innocence, with some attorneys pointing out that none of the alleged accusers have passed a lie detector test. Federal prosecutors declined to comment on this assertion, stating it's an ongoing investigation.
