roundbreaking took place on August 19, 2025, at Ridge View Estates in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. American Companies is partnering with the development team to build 8 townhome units for Phase 1 of the project, which spans 36 acres. The first phase is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2026.

    Future plans include an additional 80-unit single-family home neighborhood adjacent to the townhomes. Designed by American Architectural Group, these homes will feature modern designs with elegant details and a focus on comfort. Key features include:
