ndy Hunt, executive director of Marquette’s Vieth Institute for Real Estate Leadership, blends business, engineering and law into a curriculum for commercial real estate. Andrew DeGuire, Dean of the Keyes School of Business, says Hunt embodies Marquette’s collaborative, forward‑thinking, people‑first ethos, building a program that prepares students to secure and excel in jobs. In 2025, Marquette’s real‑estate school ranked 12th nationwide by U.S. News. Over the past three years, 90 % of its seniors found employment within six months or continued study. Hunt also partners with the Associates in Commercial Real Estate program—80 % of its 300‑plus graduates work in the field—co‑hosts NAIOP Wisconsin’s MKE CRE Summer High‑School Immersion.
