rgyle Real Estate Partners, a multifamily-focused investment firm in the southeast and Texas, has promoted Mike Cacciatore to Partner. Since joining as Principal in February 2023, Mike has played a key role in growing the company's assets under management (AUM) to over $320 million. Under his leadership, the portfolio of over 1,300 units has made strategic investments in primary markets like Tampa, Charlotte, Nashville, and Charleston.
Mike has also expanded Argyle's network by building relationships with equity partners, lenders, and commercial real estate brokers. His contributions have been instrumental in driving the company's success, particularly during a market correction period. "Mike's passion and tenacity will continue to drive our growth as Partner," said Ryan Reyes, CEO of Argyle.
As Partner, Mike will focus on building the pipeline and spearheading acquisition activity for the company while developing new relationships that fuel its expansion. Prior to joining Argyle, Mike worked as Director of Acquisitions for a Swiss-based real estate investment firm, where he helped acquire over $700 million in multifamily assets (5,100 units) within three years.
