Arixa Capital Joins iCapital Marketplace, Expanding Estate Credit

Arixa Capital, a top private real estate lender and alternative investment manager, announces new retail private credit.

P
RNewswire – Arixa Capital, a leading private real‑estate lender and alternative investment manager, has made its retail private‑credit funds available to wealth managers, RIAs and other intermediaries through the iCapital Marketplace. The move gives advisors and their clients access to institutional‑grade loans that have historically delivered stable income, capital preservation and liquidity.

Arixa’s recent $275 million securitization of residential transition loans was oversubscribed more than three times by a broad base of institutional investors, underscoring the firm’s disciplined underwriting and strong credit performance. Through iCapital, advisors can invest directly in Arixa’s debt funds, which offer:

    - More than 180 consecutive months of positive returns

    - No principal loss to retail investors over 15+ years

    - Investor‑friendly liquidity without sacrificing private‑market returns

“Today’s investors need dependable income and meaningful diversification,” said Greg Hebner, Managing Director. “With iCapital Marketplace we can share our real‑estate private‑credit strategies with a wider community of investors and advisors.”

The launch coincides with several milestones:

    - 15th anniversary of the Arixa Secured Income Fund, an unlevered debt vehicle with 180+ months of positive performance

    - 10th anniversary of the Arixa Enhanced Income Fund, which uses leverage to boost returns

    - Expansion of the loan‑servicing platform to more than $2 billion

    - Over $6 billion in loan originations nationwide, maintaining strong credit quality

Arixa’s funds are built on diversified portfolios of short‑duration, senior‑secured loans to experienced real‑estate developers, investors and builders. They provide low‑volatility monthly income, rapid capital deployment and quarterly liquidity of up to 25 % of a position after a one‑year lock‑in. This balance makes the funds an attractive diversifier and ballast in today’s uncertain market.

“Institutional investors have repeatedly committed to our platform, most recently in our oversubscribed securitization,” said Seth Davis, Managing Director. “We now believe individual investors and their advisors can benefit from the same loan quality and credit performance.”
