He has a strong track record in handling litigation and corporate matters, making him a sought-after consultant for corporate clients and municipalities in northern New Jersey.

    As a financial advisor, Linfante focuses on urban revitalization and redevelopment, conducting fiscal impact studies and negotiating Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) agreements to shape the economic landscape of communities. He is also a certified instructor for the Appraisal Institute, an adjunct professor at Rutgers University, and a guest lecturer at the Wharton School of Business.
