restige Properties, a rising multifamily investment and management firm, has finished converting a former grocery store on Cincinnati’s East Side into its new headquarters. The single‑story, 10,360‑square‑foot office sits at 4415 Marburg Ave, nestled between a retail plaza and the Heritage at Oakley Square apartments. Across Madison Road to the south lies Redtree Coffee, and the site is just before the railroad bridge and Madtree Brewing.
