n Ohio's Mahoning Valley, a vital partnership is taking root. The Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors (YCAR) has reaffirmed its alliance with Hondros College to deliver top-notch real estate education in 2025.
This spring, aspiring agents can enroll in in-person pre-licensing courses at YCAR's state-of-the-art headquarters, located at 132 Westchester Drive. Classes will run from May 5th to the 22nd, Monday through Thursday, with a comprehensive schedule spanning 8 a.m. to 5:35 p.m.
These courses are carefully crafted to meet Ohio's licensing requirements and equip students with the expertise needed to thrive in the real estate sector. "We're thrilled to collaborate with Hondros College once again," said Roberta Hiller, YCAR CEO. "Our goal is to nurture the next generation of real estate professionals, and we're proud to offer these courses at our new headquarters."
