T
wo prominent Atlanta real estate firms, ERA Foster & Bond and ERA Sunrise Realty, have merged to form a single brokerage with over 175 agents and six office locations. The combined firm now spans across the state of Georgia, covering major cities such as Atlanta, Canton, Duluth, Marietta, Milton, Athens, and Savannah.
Co-leaders David Moody and Rusty Willis emphasized the alignment between the two firms' values and missions. "We're partnering with a team that shares our commitment to fostering relationships and building lasting bonds," said Willis. Moody added, "Our conversation revealed a shared mindset and mission, allowing us to combine strengths operationally and culturally."
The merged brokerage will offer expanded services to home buyers, sellers, and commercial real estate investors in the metro region. The company expects this merger to increase access to specialized agents and deepen its market presence across key submarkets.
Agents within the firm will benefit from new training programs, marketing support, technology tools, and networking opportunities. "Our goal has been to be trusted, reliable, and helpful in the markets we serve," said Moody. As a subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate, ERA Real Estate boasts a global network of approximately 42,000 affiliated brokers and sales associates across 2,400 U.S. offices and 39 other countries.
The merged firm plans to explore additional merger opportunities in the Atlanta area and expand its services to better serve clients.
