eckendorf Development and Atlas Capital Group have appointed a new sales team to lead the 80 Clarkson project in the West Village. Dan Tubb and Amy Williamson will head sales at the two-tower luxury development, which comprises around 100 units. The duo will work with Zeckendorf Marketing, the developer's in-house firm.
Tubb joins from Douglas Elliman's new development marketing arm, where he led sales for the troubled Waldorf Astoria condo conversion. He previously worked on Extell Development's One57 and The Greenwich Lane with Corcoran Sunshine. Williamson comes from a five-year stint at Douglas Elliman, where she led sales for several high-profile projects.
The developers launched a teaser website for 80 Clarkson this week, but have yet to announce when listings will hit the market. Initial plans estimated a $1 billion sellout and apartments averaging around $5,000 per square foot. Zeckendorf and Atlas secured a record-breaking $1 billion construction loan earlier this year, partnering with Baupost Group.
The 80 Clarkson site includes 570 Washington, which features 175 units of affordable senior housing. The developers acquired the site from Westbrook Partners in 2022 for $340 million after outbidding several other parties. An initial financing package included a $322 million loan from Blackstone.
