The suspension, which took effect on August 8, is linked to allegations of underquoting, dummy bidding, producing false documents, and using high-pressure sales tactics, all of which breach industry rules.

    Tesolin's company, Tesolin Consulting Pty Ltd, has also been suspended, with authorities alleging that this was not an isolated incident but part of a repeated pattern of misconduct while he operated under the Ray White banner. Show Cause notices have been issued, requiring Tesolin and his company to explain why they should not face further disciplinary action by August 29, 2025.
