Commercial real estate advisor Avison Young has strengthened its presence in Boston by welcoming Jon Vacca and Connor Hayes as Vice Presidents. Vacca joins from CoreSite, bringing 18 years of commercial real estate expertise, particularly in data centers at a local and national level. Hayes comes from Hunneman, adding nearly a decade of experience to the Suburban Boston brokerage team.
Vacca's focus on data centers will complement Avison Young's existing services, while Hayes' expertise in leasing and sales will enhance the firm's presence in the 128 and 495 South and West markets.
