As Head of Bain Capital Real Estate Capital Markets, Largay brings two decades of expertise in navigating commercial real estate's complex financial landscape.
Largay's appointment is a strategic move to bolster the firm's debt and financing capabilities, foster key lender relationships, and drive collaboration with investment teams to optimize capital structures and enhance portfolio flexibility. His experience will be instrumental in executing Bain Capital Real Estate's long-term investment strategy, which prioritizes thematic alignment.
A seasoned executive, Largay joins from JLL, where he served as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Chicago office. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield and NorthMarq Capital, demonstrating his ability to drive growth and success in the industry.
