Miami-Dade Condo Sales Rise, Dollar Volume Falls in Latest Week

ondo sales in Miami-Dade County rebounded last week, but dollar volume declined. Brokers closed 113 condo deals worth $77.7 million from November 17th to 24th, down from the previous week's 102 sales totaling $92.5 million.

    The average sale price per unit decreased to $688,002, compared to $1,022,796 in the prior week. The average price per square foot also fell to $546 from $606, according to Redfin data.

    The top 10 condo sales ranged from $1.6 million to $6.6 million. Unit 2406 at Oceana Bal Harbour took the top spot with a $6.6 million closing, or $2,500 per square foot. The sale closed after 234 days on the market and was handled by Chad Carroll of Compass Florida.

    Unit 2503 at Murano at Portofino came in second with a $3.9 million closing, or $1,917 per square foot. The sale closed after 96 days on the market and was represented by Michelle Halfon of Sator Realty for the listing and Laura Pantano of Coldwell Banker for the buyer.
