avid and Victoria Beckham have set a record for the most expensive sale on Miami Beach's North Bay Road, purchasing a 14,270-square-foot waterfront mansion for $72.3 million. The nine-bedroom estate was built by luxury homebuilder Bart Reines and designed by Choeff Levy Fischman with Antrobus Design Collection. The property features a gym, spa, home theater, pool, outdoor kitchen, and lounge, as well as 124 feet of water frontage on its 0.6-acre lot.
The sale closed on Monday, according to the Multiple Listing Service, after being listed for $80 million by Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty. Developer Niklas de la Motte originally purchased the property in 2018 for $10 million and had it built as a spec home. The Beckhams own another Miami property, a full-floor condo at One Thousand Museum tower, which they bought for $19.8 million in 2020.
The purchase is notable given the Beckhams' plans to develop a major mixed-use soccer complex on the former Melreese golf course site near Miami International Airport with their Inter Miami partners. Other prominent property owners on North Bay Road include billionaire media mogul Barry Diller and fashion designer Diane von Fürstenberg, as well as Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber.
