avid and Victoria Beckham are expanding their presence in South Florida by purchasing a luxurious waterfront mansion on North Bay Road in Miami Beach. The 14,270-square-foot estate, built by Bart Reines for developer Niklas de la Motte, features nine bedrooms, four half-bathrooms, a gym, spa, home theater, and 124 feet of water frontage. The property, listed for $80 million, is nearly completed and was designed by Choeff Levy Fischman with Antrobus Design Collection.
The Beckhams are already established in the area, owning a full-floor condo at One Thousand Museum tower in downtown Miami, which they purchased for $19.8 million in 2020. David Beckham is also co-owner of Inter Miami CF and has been developing a major mixed-use soccer complex on the former Melreese golf course site near Miami International Airport.
North Bay Road has seen significant luxury sales recently, including billionaire Barry Diller's record-breaking purchase of a waterfront lot for $45 million in 2022. The Beckhams' new property was listed pending on the Multiple Listing Service earlier this month, with listing agent Dora Puig unable to comment.
