ordon Hudson, the 24-year-old girlfriend of NFL legend Bill Belichick, has amassed an $8 million real estate portfolio while keeping a low profile. Her tenants were shocked to discover that their rent checks were going to her, after seeing their homes featured in headlines on social media. Andrew Nelson and Declan O'Brien paid $4,700 a month for a sleek Dorchester apartment, unaware that Hudson was the landlord.

    Hudson's properties include a $2.2 million townhouse in Dorchester, a $3 million Roxbury townhouse, and a $610,000 Cape Cod cottage under renovation. Her background is just as surprising: she's the daughter of a Provincetown fisherman and a sex shop manager, and has worked as a flight attendant and college philosophy student.

    Tenants praise Hudson's properties for being well-run and in excellent shape, managed by Boston Property Advisors. However, some are uneasy about her relationship with Belichick, who is 49 years her senior. "She seems controlling," said Dominic Fantoni, who splits $9,100 in rent at one of her properties.

    While some speculate that Hudson's success stems from the relationship, others say she's simply making savvy moves. Neighbor Tina Hudson notes, "With all the money he has, why not?"
