he longtime owner of the Bella Terra mall has sold its stake to a partner. This move comes after the partnership listed the property for sale in April, with estimates suggesting it's worth around $300 million.

    DJM acquired the Huntington Beach Center, now known as Bella Terra, in the early 2000s and underwent significant renovations.
