Bethenny Frankel Sells Historic Greenwich Estate for $7.8 Million

eality TV star and entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel has sold her historic Greenwich estate, Applejack Farm, for $7.8 million. The 6,500-square-foot main house features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and additional structures on the three-acre property including a guest cottage and barn.

    Frankel is relocating to Florida, where she already owns a residence in Miami. She has also sold her Bridgehampton home, but will keep a residence in Southampton. The sale of Applejack Farm breaks down to $1,200 per square foot for the main house.

    Built in 1743, the estate was previously owned by the former governor of Connecticut from 1989 to 2001. Frankel purchased it in 2021 for $4.3 million and made updates to the kitchen, as well as wallpaper and light fixtures throughout the home. The buyer's identity remains anonymous.

    Frankel has been downsizing her properties in the Hamptons, listing her Bridgehampton home in September for an undisclosed price. She recently entered into contract to sell it, with the main residence and adjacent lot selling separately for $5.2 million in April.
