illionaire Tony Pritzker and his wife Jeanne's divorce may lead to the sale of their 50,000-square-foot Beverly Crest estate for up to $200 million. The 3-acre compound, built by Designrealization in 2011, features a resort-style mansion, spa, and various amenities such as a bowling alley, tennis court, and infinity pool with stunning city views. The property, which has been at the center of their divorce battle since 2022, could be one of the most expensive homes sold in LA if it reaches its asking price.

The estate, designed by Paris-based Designrealization, was built on a site that previously housed a Mid-Century modern home. The Pritzkers used the property to host high-profile guests like Al Gore and Tom Brady, and it's staffed by over two dozen people. The main house features a central courtyard, high-ceilinged atrium, and 12-15 bedrooms.

Tony Pritzker, worth $4.1 billion according to Forbes, is the son of Hyatt hotel co-founder Donald Pritzker and brother of Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker. He and Jeanne were married for 34 years and have six children. The couple's divorce was settled out of court for an undisclosed sum.

The property, which locals have dubbed "Grand Hyatt Bel-Air," boasts one of the best views in LA, according to broker Rayni Williams. If sold at its asking price, it would be among the most expensive homes sold in the L.A. market.
