oveland's Railway Flats has been sold for $132.2 million to Centerspace, a publicly traded real estate company. The 420-unit apartment complex is 93% occupied and generates a net operating income of $6.2 million. Walker & Dunlop represented the seller.

* RLI Management bought a four-unit industrial property in Brighton for $1.83 million from Twin Oak Holdings LLC.
* Assured Trucking leased 1.5 acres of yard space in Aurora from JCK Enterprise LLC.
Lincoln Property Co. reported that Raven Space Systems leased 16,863 square feet at 830 Hoyt St. in Broomfield and CSA Transportation leased 7,500 square feet at 4199 Oneida St. in Denver.
Lee & Associates represented Willowbrae Academy, which leased 12,900 square feet at 6150 Tower Road in Aurora for its first Colorado location.
Digby Commercial Advisors reported that The Training Spot Golden leased 3,856 office square feet at 433 Park Point Drive in Golden.
