estside Estate Agency has secured the listing for Tony Pritzker's and Jeanne Pritzker's Beverly Crest estate, valued at $195 million. The property, located at 1261 Angelo Drive, is tied with another home as the priciest on the market in L.A. County. Co-founders Kurt Rappaport and Stephen Shapiro hold the listing for the Angelo Drive property.
The Pritzkers' divorce settlement led to the estate's listing, which was previously reported by the Wall Street Journal. If sold near its asking price, it would become one of California's largest residential deals. The home features 16 bedrooms, 27 bathrooms, a bowling alley, wellness center, and two-story guest house on a 5-acre lot.
The property was built in 2011 for the Pritzker family, who have hosted numerous fundraisers and social events there, attracting celebrities and high-profile guests. Tony Pritzker is the son of Hyatt Hotels co-founder Donald Pritzker and heads The Pritzker Group, with an estimated wealth of $4.1 billion.
The listing price falls within a previously reported range of $150 million to $200 million by anonymous local agents. Casa Encantada, another top-priced home in Bel-Air, boasts 60 rooms and has had several high-profile owners, including the Winnicks and Conrad Hilton.
