illionaire Sue Gross, ex-wife of bond king Bill Gross, has put her Beverly Hills mansion up for sale with a hefty price tag of $35 million. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom property at 984 North Alpine Drive boasts 6,569 square feet of living space and features a motor court, high ceilings, and a dining room surrounded by glass. The home also comes equipped with a service kitchen, separate staff parking, and a state-of-the-art security system.
Gross purchased the property in 2018 for $20 million after completing a multi-year renovation. She had previously sold another Beverly Hills home at 960 North Alpine Drive for $23.3 million just last year. The new listing is being handled by Carolwood Estates co-founder and CEO Drew Fenton.
As one of the wealthiest women in the world, Gross has an estimated net worth of $1.6 billion, with a significant portion coming from her divorce settlement with Bill Gross. She still maintains a substantial real estate portfolio, including properties in Palm Desert and Laguna Beach's Irvine Cove community.
