einout Oerlemans, a Dutch media celebrity and chairman of 3 Ball Media Group, has put his stunning 9,100-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills up for sale for $32 million. The property, located on Sunset Boulevard, boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and breathtaking views of the L.A. Country Club fairway.
Oerlemans purchased the French chateau-style estate in fall 2021 for $19.1 million from Lynda Brasali, the widow of Indonesian real estate mogul Aldo Brasali. The funds used to buy this property came from the sale of a 33,000-square-foot Bel-Air mansion to Canadian singer Abel Tesfaye, also known as the Weeknd.
The Beverly Hills manse, built in 1989 and recently renovated, features an impressive layout with a double-height foyer, formal dining room, wood-paneled office, and chef's kitchen. The property also includes a private pool, spa, tennis court, and motor court, all surrounded by lush gardens and towering hedges.
Oerlemans is a well-known figure in the entertainment industry, having founded Eyeworks, an Amsterdam-based television production company sold to Warner Bros. for over $273 million in 2014. His wife, Danielle, is a professional road cyclist, and together they have been dubbed "the Netherlands' most famous media couple."
