YONS, Ga. – The Toombs County Sheriff’s Office will hold a public auction on December 2, 2025 at 10 a.m. in the courthouse square. The sale follows a $2,589,034.79 judgment against Bryan Rodney Stowe and Jennifer Lee Gregory, awarded to Georgia Palliative Care, Inc.
The auction features a single parcel of real estate on Country Estates Blvd., Vidalia, GA 30474. In addition, the Sheriff’s Office will offer a range of personal property, including:
- Vehicles, farming tractors, lawn equipment
- Furniture, appliances, and other household items
- ‘Star Wars’ collectibles (Stormtrooper helmet, lightsabers)
- Antiques, tools, trailers, firearms, and miscellaneous goods
All items are sold “as is” with no warranties. Purchases are final; payment must be in cash or certified check. Prospective buyers may view the inventory via the Sheriff’s Office Facebook post linked below.
