lorida Realtors, the nation’s largest state association and creator of the Form Simplicity platform, has introduced Sabal Sign—an in‑house e‑signature solution named after the state’s sabal palm. Integrated into Form Simplicity Ultimate Edition, the tool removes the need for third‑party logins, offering unlimited, mobile‑friendly usage, team permissions, reusable templates, audit trails and long‑term document storage. “Sabal Sign was built by Florida Realtors for Realtors everywhere to deliver reliable, secure online signatures,” said President Tim Weisheyer, underscoring the association’s commitment to member value.
In Las Vegas, broker Mark Sivek stepped down from his 2026‑27 board seat after posting inflammatory remarks on social media about conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Sivek, who later apologized, called Kirk a “despicable human being” and said the world was better without him. Las Vegas Realtors’ president George Kypreos condemned the comments as hateful and contrary to the Code of Ethics, noting that Sivek was removed from all appointed roles and his employer, Realty One Group, disaffiliated him.
Houston Association of Realtors’ website, HAR.com, now hosts commercial listings sourced from CommGate, its commercial information exchange. “HAR.com is now the source to explore all real estate options,” said Chairman Mario Arriaga, highlighting the expanded inventory.
