ill Ackman is selling two adjacent units at the Beresford, a storied Upper West Side building with 80 feet of park frontage and Central Park views. The combined eighth-floor duplex spans approximately 6,000 square feet, featuring five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Unit 8F boasts a working gas fireplace, breakfast nook, and primary bedroom with five closets, while Unit 8E requires modernization but has approved plans to combine the units.
The co-op offers amenities such as a computerized lighting system, electric window shades, laundry room, and refrigerated wine storage. The building also features a 24-hour doorman, fitness center, and bike room. Deborah Kern of The Corcoran Group has the listing for $19.9 million.
Ackman purchased the units seven years ago for $22 million during his separation from his ex-wife, who maintained a duplex in the same building. He has other Manhattan residences, including a Norman Foster-designed penthouse on West 77th Street and a unit at Extell Development's One57, which he attempted to flip for $500 million.
