luerock announces that its Total Income+ Real Estate Fund will be listed on the NYSE around December 16 2025. The fund will be renamed Bluerock Private Real Estate Fund and its shares will trade under ticker BPRE, giving investors daily liquidity at market price. The move to a listed closed‑end vehicle offers full daily liquidity and greater flexibility to deploy capital, positioning the fund to capture attractive private‑real‑estate opportunities amid historically low valuations, potentially boosting total returns and distributions, says CIO Ryan MacDonald.
