Bluerock Total Income+ Shareholders Receive Backing for NYSE Listing Proposal

Bluerock Announces Support from ISS and Glass Lewis for Upcoming Shareholder Vote

B
luerock is pleased to announce that independent proxy advisory firms Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS) and Glass Lewis & Co. (Glass Lewis) have recommended that shareholders support a key proposal related to listing the Bluerock Total Income+ Real Estate Fund (TI+) on the New York Stock Exchange.

The proposed conversion, also unanimously recommended by TI+'s Board of Trustees, would facilitate the transition from a closed-end interval fund to a listed closed-end fund. This change would provide full daily liquidity and enable more agile capital deployment, positioning the Fund to capitalize on attractive buying opportunities in today's private real estate market.

Upon listing, TI+ would become the largest real estate-focused listed closed-end fund globally. The proposed conversion requires shareholder approval at a special meeting scheduled for September 3, 2025.

"We are thrilled with ISS and Glass Lewis' endorsement," said Ramin Kamfar, Founder and CEO of Bluerock. "Their recommendations demonstrate the merits of this initiative and our commitment to maximizing long-term value for shareholders."

For more information about the proposed conversion, visit https://tifundproxy.com/. Copies of TI+ public company filings are available on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's website at sec.gov or the Company's website at bluerockfunds.com.

Bluerock is a leading institutional alternative asset manager based in New York with regional offices across the U.S., managing over $19 billion in acquired and managed assets through multiple real estate private and public company platforms.
