atchez-based real estate firm Coldwell Banker Stewart Realty has rebranded as Bluff City Real Estate. Owner Van L. "Butch" Stewart announced the name change, stating that it will not impact the services offered to customers. The company will continue to provide expertise and support in the real estate market for both buyers and sellers.
Bluff City Real Estate's office at 131 S. Commerce St. in downtown Natchez remains staffed by eight full-time sales associates with over 175 years of combined experience. Stewart emphasized that customer satisfaction is the top priority, aiming to maintain the firm's position as a leading real estate company in the Miss Lou area.
The rebranding also brings new talent to the team, including Dianne Brown, who joins as an associate broker after previously owning Hudson and Brown Realty. Cindy Brinks has also joined Bluff City Real Estate as a sales associate, alongside Stewart, Brown, Sandra V. Ellard, Sharon Sharp Williams, Kenny Jones, Kittye Mason, and Joanne Roper.
