Boca Raton City Council Approves Luxury Glass House Condos Project

Boca Raton Approves Glass House Condos; Groundbreaking Set for Early 2025

A
nthony Perera and ASG Development have secured approval from Boca Raton for their planned nine-story Glass House condos at 280 East Palmetto Park Road. Groundbreaking is set to begin early 2025, with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing leading sales for the project. The 28-unit development launched in February with prices ranging from $2.5 million to $6.9 million.

The condos will feature two to four bedrooms and span 2,500 square feet to 4,000 square feet. Amenities include a fitness center, rooftop pool, spa facilities, and resident lounge. Perera's company is also offering buyers' initiation fees at the nearby Boca Raton private club and the first year of membership fees to concierge medical service Sollis.

Perera acquired Chasen Companies out of the project in June after Brandon Chasen was removed as a partner earlier this week due to allegations of stiffing contractors on payments. Perera, a managing partner with Exuma Capital Partners, bought the 0.7-acre site for $9.8 million in 2023 and plans to break ground early next year.
